Being a cash-based practice means we don't bill insurance companies directly. Instead, patients pay us at the time of service. This model allows us to provide personalized, one-on-one sessions without the constraints often imposed by insurance guidelines.
We don’t bill insurance directly. As a cash-based clinic, payment is due at the time of your visit. However, many patients use their out-of-network insurance benefits to get reimbursed.We’ll provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your visits; often 60% to 80%.You can also use your HSA or FSA card for payment.
Each session is 55 minutes long, providing ample time for assessment, treatment, and education.

We’re not restricted by insurance rules, so we treat what actually matters.When you factor in rising co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance, you may end up spending less while getting better care, fewer visits, and faster results.
We address a wide range of conditions, including:- Sports injuries (sprains, strains)- Pre-surgery and Post-operative rehabilitation (ACL, meniscus, labral repairs, rotator cuff, joint replacement)- Low back pain, neck pain, hip - pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, foot pain. - Sciatica, herniated disc, nerve compression- Mobility, Gait, and Balance issues- Pain with weight lifting and running.
No referral is necessary. In California, you can access physical therapy services directly without a physician's referral.
